3 Movie Releases That I Cannot Wait For In 2023

A deluge of intriguing films released throughout the year has contributed to a significant comeback to cinemas in 2023. Whatever your cravings, there will be something fulfilling in theatres soon.

Are you looking for twisted horror films? Superhero adventures in droves? Thrill-riddled thrillers? Adventures throughout the world, through the cityscapes and underneath the sea?

Here is a list of the 2023 movies that you should watch.

In the film Quantumania, Lang and his heroic teammate Hope Van Dyne/The Wasp (Evangeline Lilly) are transported into the Quantum Realm to combat the time-travelling villain Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors).

In the film, likely, John may finally find a way to defeat the High Table, the council of crime lords who would like to see him dead, but it may require him to sacrifice his own life.

Mission: Impossible — Dead Reckoning (July 14)

Who would have guessed, back in 1995, that the same person who created “The Usual Suspects” would be behind some of Hollywood’s most daring and exciting action films more than a quarter of a century later?

Christopher McQuarrie and Tom Cruise worked together for the fourth time on the most recent Mission: Impossible movie.

Typically, the storyline is speculated because it is almost always the same: Tom Cruise’s character, Ethan Hunt, is given an impossible mission, but he and his reliable team of people who do things (including Ving Rhames and Simon Pegg, among others) can accomplish their goals and stay alive.

Much like a James Bond movie, the heart of a Mission: Difficult film is in action.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (June 30)

In the fifth chapter of the Indiana Jones franchise, Harrison Ford will reprise his role as the title character. According to this movie, there’s no denying that The Crystal Skull fell short of expectations.

However, this time-honoured series will get a modern update courtesy of the authors of Edge of Tomorrow, John-Henry Butterworth and Jez Butterworth, who are working with writer and director James Mangold on the narrative for the next film.

If there’s anybody fans can put their faith in to bring this character back to life, it’s the brains behind the X-Men reinvention that was Logan.

Oppenheimer (July 21)

He gave us The Dark Knight, Interstellar, The Prestige and Inception. Christopher Nolan is renowned for his thoughtful, often illogical storytelling. He’s back with another movie, Oppenheimer, and we can only assume that this one will live up to the high standards set by the films that came before it.

This story of conflict is certain to leave us all bewildered and is based on American Prometheus: The Triumph and Tragedy of J. Robert Oppenheimer.

Wrapping Up

Generally, there is hardly a year without new editions of popular series reaching theatres, but 2023 is filled to the gills with them.
